Officially, I've done a maximum of 9 (almost 10, but couldn't get my chin reasonably high enough to get over the bar) chin-ups and 5 pull-ups.
I've also noticed that if I do them fast even when I'm tired, I can still manage a decent number of chin-ups (like 6), so the next time I do a self-test, I will do them fast instead of slow and steady like this morning. I expect doing them fast should help me hit over 10.
Next is to try to get my pull-ups to 6 and over. Looks like I should be able to hit my target of at least 20 chin-ups by year's end and if I continue to progress well, maybe even 20 pull-ups.
