While doing some tests after this morning's run, it seems like I probably could do more than 7-pull ups at a go as long as I improve my grip and swing less while on the bar.
Next weekend or the weekend after will be my personal 25km time-trial. I'm probably going to go 15-20km at an average of 10+km/h and the remaining distance as part of a long-slow-distance run.
It'll be ramped up to 30-35km by mid-November and then I'll wind down for the Stanchart Marathon.
